The ‘Compulsory Basic Training’ course is your first step into motorcycling, aimed at 16 to 90 year olds.

Direct Access

Conducted on progressively larger machines, for 24 year olds+, until test on our 600cc XJ6 motorcycles with…until test on our new Honda CB650R.

We have successful procedures to train you for your required tests.

					Hi all iv just last week passed my direct access with triumph training . The course was 4 days and I really enjoyed the whole experience 👍 All the staff... read more are amazing. And lovely people, made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I walked in. 😁 I highly recommend a course with them at triumph training ❤️ so if you’re after your bike licences 🪪 I highly suggest you get booked in you won’t regret it. 🙏 I’m 55 this year and took the jump to do what I should have in the 1990s and thank all of the staff there amazing trainers and helped me out in bucket loads. And last Friday I passed. 😃😃 my Mod 1 and Mod 2 💪 come on lady’s and gents don’t miss out book. Thanks again to all at triumph training. ❤️ loved me ride out today. 👍 take care all. Now out on the Honda Cbr600 rr 😁 loving the new freedom.

					Would definitely recommend if you’re looking at doing your CBT. I had no previous experience riding a motorcycle or anything and the relaxed atmosphere and banter made you feel comfortable... read more and at ease! I had to re arrange a few times as well when I could do my test and it was no problem at all. Great bunch of lads! Will be booking in for my full license soon.

					Couldn’t recommend more. The whole team make you feel comfortable right from booking all the way up to your test. The odd joke here and there really puts you at... read more ease. Done most of my training with Jay who was fantastic. Also did a few hours with Wayne and Dan who were also brilliant and a good laugh. Passed mod 1 with no faults and mod 2 with 1 minor fault. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you’re looking to do your full licence or even your cbt. Thanks again to the whole team and hopefully will see you out on the road 👍

					Good training centre, only I failed which was a shame as I was doing a refresher as my previous ran out. very embarrassed however I think they are certainly more... read more strict. My last lesson was with Danny and he was amazing, I felt so confident.
